About Us

Our founder, Rebekah Gaze, has worked within the waste and transport industry since 1999. Since that time there have been many changes and developments across all aspects of the business development and growth. A wealth of experience within all aspects of the business operations, procedures, expectations, laws and regulations. These include management accounts, budgeting, forecasts, business survival strategies, juggling cash flow, wages and all aspects ofHuman Resource Management. We are used to communicating and delivering information efficiently and effectively to a varied workforce.

Health and Safety has seen so much change and development in recent years, even more so with the effects on COVID. This in turn has seen changes in mental health and different working arrangements, all coming to the foreground.
